Location was fine. Cleanliness questionable
dusty floor poor cleaning
the location was near king's cross station. this made getting around quite convenient.
The room's cleanliness was not up to par. i noticed a lot of dust under the bed. It needed a thorough cleaning. the floor seemed quite dirty too.

the staff was cute and helpful.
the room i received was quite small. the window was old and let in drafts. i also felt unsafe because the window did not lock properly.

great location green view helpful staff
The location is great. Euston station and the city center are super close. The area is quieter and away from massive crowds. The room was lovely, with a view overlooking a green area. Breakfast had lots of variety. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Absolutely no noise insulation. I was wearing ear plugs and could hear everyone moving from very early.

small room inoperative remote
My stay started well, but some issues surfaced. my room, a 'double room private bathroom', was smaller than expected. the television remote did not work. also, the breakfast buffet, while adequate, lacked variety. It became repetitive after a few days.

A comfortable stay near Euston
comfortable bed renovated bathroom superb breakfast helpful staff
The room had a very comfortable bed and a recently renovated bathroom, quite clean. I appreciated the superb breakfast with both continental and english options available. The staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel is very close to Euston Station.
The room was a bit small. Though it had everything I needed.

The hotel features complimentary coffee and water machines on the first floor, a convenient amenity. There is no lift available, so guests should be prepared to use stairs. Rooms include double glazed windows to reduce noise from outside.
